DIRECTIONS

Prepare client’s scalp with 99% Alcohol. Use sponge brushes to apply a thin, even coat of Perfect Secure to scalp, and blow dry until tacky. Repeat once more, then press hair system onto scalp, firmly holding for 10 seconds.

CAUTION

Close cap tightly. Do not breathe fumes. Store below 90°F Test on small area before use. Keep out of reach of children. External use only. Avoid eye contact.
